Followed by our Kayaking Interactive Documentary based in the Okavango delta in Botswana where your resilience skills are put to the test through the pressure of unpredictable surroundings. You could then follow this up with our Building Long-Term Resilience Workshop that then takes the participants out of the metaphor giving them a clear plan to apply these lessons back to their day to day work.
For sustainable culture change there needs to be a clear plan and pathway that everyone from top to bottom can firstly, buy into, and then implement with a vested interest in the outcome.
What has worked well for several of our clients has been for us to gain a deeper understanding of their cultural challenges in order to collaboratively develop a long-term programme for change. This includes a chronological plan that makes sense of the hierarchy so that the most effective dissemination of the plan can take place, where accountability is key.
Below is an example of a two-year plan that worked incredibly well for one of our clients.
Our experience with focusing on leadership always begins with providing a framework for the leadership team to connect and get on the same page first and foremost. This is closely followed by a workshop where the leadership team agree on a set of business objectives, engage the rest of the organisation and a plan to execute them.
