HOW CAN WE HELP?
I NEED HELP WITH:
We would recommend our Mountaineering Interactive Documentary which was created with team engagement and what it takes to sustain high performance at its core.
Set in the constantly changing environment around New Zealand’s iconic Mt Cook, you will be immersed in a treacherous film journey where you are faced with challenging obstacles that will test your leadership skills, perseverance, clear decision-making and planning. It’s a fun and effective way to shine the light on the importance of collaboration to align teams and to set clear goals.
In this case, consecutive products would work well. Starting with a keynote, followed by an interactive documentary and to ensure complete integration, closing out with a workshop.
An example could be to start with Josh’s Notorious Vasaloppet Keynote to inspire your teams toward a growth mindset. Followed by our Kayaking Interactive Documentary based in the Okavango delta in Botswana where your resilience skills are put to the test through the pressure of unpredictable surroundings. You could then follow this up with our Building Long-Term Resilience Workshop that then takes the participants out of the metaphor giving them a clear plan to apply these lessons back to their day to day work.
For sustainable culture change there needs to be a clear plan and pathway that everyone from top to bottom can firstly, buy into, and then implement with a vested interest in the outcome.
What has worked well for several of our clients has been for us to gain a deeper understanding of their cultural challenges in order to collaboratively develop a long-term programme for change. This includes a chronological plan that makes sense of the hierarchy so that the most effective dissemination of the plan can take place, where accountability is key.
Below is an example of a two-year plan that worked incredibly well for one of our clients.
Our experience with focusing on leadership always begins with providing a framework for the leadership team to connect and get on the same page first and foremost. This is closely followed by a workshop where the leadership team agree on a set of business objectives, engage the rest of the organisation and a plan to execute them.
Another option to consider is our Tracking Incentive trip as a way to incentivise and develop your high level leaders. Being immersed in the natural ecosystem of the African bush and tracking South Africa’s most iconic animals, allows for self-reflection, insight and personal growth.
Do you want to build stronger relationships with your clients?
Our Tracking Interactive Documentary could be an excellent choice here. It is fun, intellectually stimulating and gives your sales team an opportunity for a shared experience with your client. Success depends on knowing the animal and understanding your environment. Staying alert, adapting to change, managing risks and solving problems is vital. Allow the ancient art of wildlife tracking to connect and inspire your sales team and clients.
We are in the performance business.
Since the beginning of time, people have had to find ways to work together to survive and to achieve dramatic results.
Our mix of energetic team building & practical, business-focused workshops gives participants the confidence and skills to focus time, effort and resources on meaningful objectives that make a difference for their teams and for the organisation.
